1. Services
We provide 2D animation, horror video production, web development, video editing, and related creative services.
2. Engagement & Approvals
- Work begins after written confirmation, scope agreement, and advance payment.
- Standard pricing includes specified revisions; extra changes may incur additional fees.
- Client must supply timely content (scripts, assets, references) to avoid delays.
3. Payments
- Unless otherwise agreed, payments are due in advance or as per milestones.
- Invoices are payable in INR or USD via Razorpay/PayPal/Stripe/bank transfer.
- Late payments may pause work and delivery.
4. Intellectual Property
- All project files, drafts, and source assets remain our property until full payment.
- Upon full payment, final deliverables are licensed or assigned to the client as stated in the project agreement.
- We may showcase non‑confidential work in our portfolio unless the client requests NDA.
5. Prohibited Use
You will not use our services for unlawful, hateful, adult, or infringing content.
6. Warranties & Liability
Services are provided “as is.” We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages. Total liability will not exceed the fees paid for the specific project.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for breach or non‑payment. Refunds, if any, are handled under the Cancellation & Cancellation & Refund.
8. Governing Law
These terms are governed by the laws of India, with jurisdiction in West Bengal courts.
